January 10, 2011 - Tunisia's government says 14 civilians
have been killed in clashes with police in the past 48 hours. Although media is
tightly controlled in Tunisia, Al Jazeera has received reports that several
Tunisian political parties have petitioned the government demanded greater
political freedom, including the release of political prisoners.
